Data Protection Law

We frequently advise both local and international clients, including global energy, insurance, pharmaceutical and banking groups regarding their obligations under Data Protection legislation, arising from their working practices and internal policies.

In addition to representing clients in investigations made by the Commissioner as regards alleged violations of the Data Protection Law, we also have extensive experience in dealing with all procedural matters before the competent authorities, including the filing of all necessary notifications and applications for licences where these are required.

We also advise individual clients in respect of their rights under the legislation, including making data subject access requests on their behalf.
