Our team of experts, which is part of our larger corporate, commercial and M&A group, advises on each aspect of the investment cycle, including fund formation and structuring, management of portfolio companies, including restructurings, existing debt refinancing, add-on acquisitions and management incentive schemes, and exit from investments, whether by way of sale, recapitalisation or IPO.

We represent buyers and sellers in a variety of transactions, including privately negotiated transfers of shares or assets, leveraged buyouts, domestic and cross-border private transactions, bankruptcy buyouts, and other distressed M&A transactions.

We assist private equity and venture capital clients and have advised on some of the most complicated and important deals involving Cyprus corporate vehicles. Our clients include banks, financial groups and private equity firms with several billion EUR/USD under management.
