Our litigation team routinely handles debt collection and security enforcement cases securing freezing or other interlocutory orders and judgments and takes all necessary execution measures to collect the debt such as the issue of writs of movables, the filing of memos with the Land Registry, applications to collect the debt with monthly instalments or applications of bankruptcy.

In addition, our firm works closely with the banking and finance departments of major international law firms and continues to be considered one of the preferred independent legal service providers in Cyprus for this practice area.

Our firm is main legal advisor to Societe Generale Bank – Cyprus Limited, Housing Finance Corporation and Astrobank Public Company Limited but also acts as additional legal adviser for a number of banks operating in Cyprus, including Hellenic Bank and Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd.
