It is notable that in the past, our firm managed to secure, for the very first time in the Republic of Cyprus, an Order mirroring the provisions of an Interim Order issued by the English High Court of Justice, Family Division, preventing a Respondent from transferring, alienating and/or encumbering marital assets which were the subject matter of a multi-million dispute between ex-spouses.
