WSG 2023 Banking & Finance Group Meeting

World Services Group and host firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek welcomed members of the WSG Banking and Finance Group to the WSG 2023 Banking & Finance Group Meeting in Frankfurt, Germany. Partner Pavlos Symeonides attended on behalf of our firm.
The meeting was a great opportunity for valuable networking opportunities and discussions on important topics within the industry, including contractual restriction on assignment of receivables, the NPL Directive and the proposed Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR).
