Junior Associates

Dimitra joined our firm in September 2025 as a Junior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department. She advises and assists on a range of corporate and commercial law matters, including corporate transactions, restructurings, banking and finance matters and general corporate advisory work. Her work involves supporting clients with the establishment, structuring and ongoing administration of Cyprus companies, as well as assisting with transactional and financing matters and the drafting and review of commercial agreements.

Areas of Practice

Dimitra assists clients with a wide range of Cyprus corporate law matters throughout the lifecycle of Cyprus companies. Her work includes the incorporation and ongoing administration of Cyprus companies, amendments to constitutional documents, corporate reorganisations and compliance with the requirements of the Cyprus Companies Law.

She is also involved in legal due diligence exercises in relation to Cypriot companies and assists with the preparation of due diligence reports and legal opinions. In addition, she regularly assists with the drafting and review of commercial agreements, including services agreements and other commercial contracts.

Dimitra assists with corporate and transactional matters in the context of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring transactions. Her work includes supporting the preparation and review of transaction documentation such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and other ancillary documents, as well as assisting with legal due diligence exercises in relation to Cypriot target companies.

She also assists with corporate restructuring projects, including changes to corporate structures and amendments to constitutional documents.

Dimitra assists with matters relating to secured financing transactions. In this context, she is involved in the review of facility and security documentation, and assists with the preparation of legal opinions.

She also assists with transaction closings and with the implementation, perfection and registration of Cyprus law governed security.
