The actions of Turkey and her reps in opening Famagusta for settlement constitute flagrant violations of the Charter of the UN, the Geneva Conventions and the Statute of the International Criminal Court. Such violations after 2018 may be referred to the AG of the ICC for examination, trial and condemnation. The Cyprus Gov or the SC can refer these violations to the ICC.
