Our firm is delighted to announce the promotion of three of its lawyers to the position of senior associate at its Nicosia office:
Despina-Maria Georgiadou has considerable experience in public, constitutional and administrative law, civil, corporate and commercial litigation. She handles matters involving corporate disputes, banking law, banking resolution, liquidation, contract law disputes, tort law, property law, as well as wills and succession law.
Charis Christodoulou mainly practises in civil litigation and with special focus on matters relevant to corporate and commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, banking and finance, real estate law, contract law and corporate insolvency law.
Niovi Petridou primarily practises in the areas of civil litigation and specializes in cases relevant to corporate and commercial litigation, banking and finance, real estate law, contract law, negligence and tortious claims, corporate insolvency law, as well as arbitration. She reviews contractual agreements in corporate and commercial matters, as well preparing and providing legal opinions. Furthermore, she is involved in the area of administrative law.
