Our corporate and commercial team facilitates local and international aircraft ownership, leasing and management and airport support services through Cyprus structures. At the same time, we utilise our extensive regulatory expertise and leading litigation practise to represent clients before the various regulators and when necessary before the courts.

Notable recent examples of our work include the representation of British Airways Cyprus Employees Provident Fund and British Airways Plc before the Industrial Disputes Court of Nicosia where we secured a favourable judgement and our representation of Aer Rianta International (Middle East) WLL, in the acquisition of the entire shareholdings in the entities owning the concessions to operate the retail, as well as food and beverage operations at Larnaca and Paphos international airports. DME Domodedovo Airport Moscow, Basel Aero and the International Air Transfer Association (IATA) are also among our clients.

In terms of the automotive industry, our team possesses the necessary skills and expertise to understand the complexities of the various industry segments and provide practical and cost-effective solutions. Our team comprises of lawyers specialised in M&A, corporate, antitrust and competition, litigation and arbitration, product liability, and intellectual property combining extensive experience in acting for manufacturers, parts manufacturers, dealers, distributors and importers, and in advising on mergers and acquisitions, purchase order terms and conditions, contract terminations, antitrust issues, tax planning, and transfer pricing.
