We are most pleased to be among the contributors in Baker & McKenzie’s latest publication on tax law matters, entitled ‘Headquarter Jurisdictions Around the World – A Comparison’.

The Brochure, produced by Baker & McKenzie, highlights the various aspects that can play a significant role when choosing a jurisdiction for the establishment of international headquarters, such as the local tax regime, the flexibility of the corporate law system, the business environment and infrastructure. It provides a general overview of the main tax aspects related to establishing headquarters in the most common jurisdictions in Asia, Europe (including Cyprus) and the Middle East.
