Russia-Cyprus Business & Investment Forum

Senior Associate Konstantinos Michail attended the Russian – Cyprus Business & Investment Forum, held in Limassol on 17 November 2016, and organised by the CCCI, the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of the Russian Federation, the Cyprus-Russian Business Association and the Cyprus-Russian Friendship Association.

This annual event intends to bring together Russian and Cypriot businessmen, service providers in related fields, as well as government representatives holding key positions in order to exploit new opportunities, uncover synergies and review the latest investment trends and initiatives from Russia to Cyprus and vice versa. A number of sectors were covered, including Tourism, Aviation, Shipping, Real Estate, as well as the Energy sector, while useful information and insights were presented with regard to the latest legislative tax changes both from a Russian and Cypriot perspective.
