Our firm welcomes 3 new Senior Associates

Our firm is delighted to announce that three of the firm’s associates have become senior associates, as of 1 July 2015.

Eleni Droussioti is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial department and is involved in various projects including IPOs, major financing transactions and due diligences on Cyprus companies. She also prepares legal opinions in relation to, inter alia, brokerage agreements, financial collateral arrangements and joint venture transactions as well as providing advice on matters regarding the Cyprus investment firms law and the alternative investment funds manager law.

Artemis Amalia Metaxa regularly advises clients active in the banking, oil & gas, energy and telecommunications sectors from a corporate, commercial and tax law perspective. She has considerable experience in cross-border secured financing, joint venture and corporate restructuring transactions involving inter alia the carrying out of legal due diligence reviews, the provision of legal opinions and the drafting and review of corporate, constitutional and security documents.

Ioanna Sapidou’s principal areas of practice comprise Corporate and Commercial Law, as well as Consumer Protection Law. She has particular expertise on EU and Cyprus Competition Law and she frequently advises on data protection and e-commerce legal issues.
