Guide to Minimum Terms of Employment of Posted Workers

We are proud to be among the World Services Group member firms that have contributed to the initiative by Wardyński & Partners (Poland), in producing a comparative guide on minimum terms of employment of posted workers, across 25 European countries.  Recognising the demand for a high-quality and convenient source of information on these minimum terms and conditions of employment of posted workers, the guide compiles, in a clear form, practical information on the most relevant employment terms and conditions applicable to workers posted to each jurisdiction, such as working time, rest periods, minimum wage, overtime work, holiday leave, equal treatment and equal opportunities, and health and safety.
