Cyprus Chapter – EU Mediation Law Handbook: Regulatory Robustness Ratings for Mediation Regimes

This new book provides a detailed analysis of the quality and robustness of each of the EU’s twenty-nine national jurisdictions’ legal frameworks relevant to mediation, including legislation, case law, practice directions, codes of conduct, standards and other regulatory instruments. The information provided for each jurisdiction assists users and stakeholders in making informed choices and developing appropriate strategies, in relation to the law that governs their mediation.

In the Cyprus chapter, Victoria-Zoi Papagiannis and George Mountis provide a detailed account of the regulatory framework that governs the country, in relation to mediation. It is noteworthy that both partners are CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) Accredited Mediators.
