The information provided for each jurisdiction assists users and stakeholders in making informed choices and developing appropriate strategies, in relation to the law that governs their mediation.
In the Cyprus chapter, Victoria-Zoi Papagiannis and George Mountis provide a detailed account of the regulatory framework that governs the country, in relation to mediation. It is noteworthy that both partners are CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) Accredited Mediators.
