On 26 April every year, Intellectual Property is celebrated on a global scale, to commemorate the establishment of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO). Intellectual property is a legal instrument which enables creators, innovators and entrepreneurs to effectively commercialise and protect their work. Our IP team has helped – and continues to support – artists, inventors, and businesses on how to best utilise the law to flourish. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we did!
