Polina is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in managing a diverse range of legal cases, both in and out of the courtroom. She advises on commercial conflicts, contract law cases and tortious claims, and has successfully handled multifaceted commercial and corporate matters, involving multiple jurisdictions and areas of law.

Polina regularly appears before Cypriot courts to represent her clients’ interests, and she has achieved favourable outcomes in numerous cases. Her expertise extends to securing various interlocutory orders, including freezing orders, disclosure orders and prohibitory injunctions. Her comprehensive legal knowledge enables her to provide well-reasoned legal opinions that offer clarity and strategic insight.

Polina has a broad knowledge of civil law, focusing on commercial conflicts, construction disputes, intellectual property infringements, contracts and torts. including passing off, fraud, defamation, and trespassing. She has represented clients across a diverse range of civil law matters in Court, and has successfully secured various interim reliefs.

Polina is also involved in complex and high-value multijurisdictional matters, focusing on issues of inheritance disputes, liquidations, shareholder disputes, minority oppression, derivative actions, breach of fiduciary duty and other similar claims.

With a deep understanding of international arbitration and cross-border legal matters, Polina advises on and handles applications for the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and court decisions.

Polina’s knowledge in administrative law covers areas such as administrative procedures, regulatory compliance and the powers and duties of administrative bodies. She has extensive experience in handling a diverse range of public law matters revolving around the fundamental principles of the issuance of administrative decisions, such as the principles of impartiality, good faith, proportionality and consistency.

Polina is involved in drafting and reviewing of agreements, and also offers comprehensive legal opinions on commercial and corporate matters.
