Katerina joined the firm as Senior Associate in 2022 and is experienced in litigation, dealing with civil litigation cases in a range of contentious matters including contract law, corporate and commercial law, negligence, banking and finance and tortious claims, family law matters as well as administrative law. She is now focused on administrative law, as well as banking law, in a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
She regularly appears before the Administrative Court and District Courts, representing clients in trial proceedings and hearings. Furthermore, Katerina has experience in drafting legal documents, as well as preparing and providing legal opinions.

Litigation, Arbitration & Mediation
Katerina represents clients in multi-jurisdictional cases, often requiring the issuance of interim freezing and disclosure injunctions, in management and corporate control-related disputes.
She has been involved in numerous litigation claims, and regularly drafts court applications and pleadings. Katerina represents clients before the District Courts of Cyprus, advising on several areas of litigation, including tort and negligence, the recognition, enforcement and execution of foreign judgments, the enforcement of creditors’ claims, corporate proceedings, as well as representing clients before the Administrative Courts of Cyprus.
Katerina advises on banking litigation matters and is involved in debt recovery claims. She assists domestic banking institutions regularly in this regard, and provides legal opinions on such matters.
Katerina advises clients on various aspects of corporate and commercial law, including directors’ duties, shareholder, minority shareholder rights and disputes, appointment and duties of receivers/managers and enforcement of securities.
Constitutional, Public & Administrative Law
Katerina has acquired significant experience in constitutional, public, and administrative law. She advises public bodies and local authorities on the interpretation and application of laws, in relation to the constitutionality of laws, on fair procedures in fulfilling statutory functions and on administrative actions, where necessary. She also represents clients before the Administrative Court in recourses involving a wide variety of public and administrative law matters, such as the nullification or support of appointments and promotions in public services, the nullification or support of the decisions of any Administrative Body or Authority in Cyprus, including decisions regarding all sorts of applications, such as planning permissions, building permits and social insurance benefits.
