Christia joined the firm as an Associate in the litigation department in 2023.
Christia specializes in advising international and domestic clients on various aspects of public law, including issues arising in connection with public procurements, constitutional law and citizenship law.
She advises clients in disputes before the Industrial Disputes Tribunal, and deals with matters relevant to prerogative writs (mandamus/certiorari) before the Supreme Court of Cyprus.

Constitutional, Public & Administrative Law
Christia has acquired significant experience in public, administrative and constitutional law. She advises governmental and semi-governmental bodies, public bodies and local authorities on the interpretation and application of laws, in relation to the constitutionality of laws, on fair procedures in fulfilling statutory functions and on administrative actions, where necessary. She also represents clients before the Administrative Court in recourses involving a wide variety of public and administrative law matters, such as the nullification or support of Public Procurements, the nullification or support of appointments and promotions in public services, the nullification or support of the decisions of any Administrative Body or Authority in Cyprus, including decisions regarding all sorts of applications, such as planning permissions, building permits and social insurance benefits.
Employment, Immigration & Citizenship Law
Christia represents clients (both employers and employees) in court cases before the Industrial Disputes Tribunal in connection to Unfair and Wrongful dismissal disputes, Constructive Dismissal disputes, as well as Mass Redundancies. She has also been advising clients on the terms of employment agreements.
Litigation, Arbitration & Mediation
Christia practices civil litigation and regularly appears before the District Court and the Supreme Court of Cyprus, representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, such as contract and tort law, and matters relevant to prerogative writs (mandamus/certiorari).
