Angeliki is a senior associate with extensive experience in administrative and public law, which are the core focus areas of her practice.
She advises and represents clients before the Administrative Court and the Court of Appeal, in matters involving decisions of public authorities and the civil service, disciplinary matters, immigration, regulatory matters and public procurement disputes, including challenges to tender procedures.
She also represents clients in banking and commercial disputes, including enforcement proceedings, loan–related disputes and contractual claims.
Her practice combines advisory work and courtroom representation across all levels of the Cypriot court system, as well as the preparation of detailed legal opinions on various administrative and constitutional issues.

Constitutional, Public & Administrative Law
Angeliki represents clients before the Administrative Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Constitutional Court in judicial review cases arising from the decisions of public authorities and bodies. She has represented clients in recourses against administrative acts, in constitutional and regulatory challenges, in civil service and disciplinary matters and she has dealt with numerous immigration asylum, detention and human rights cases.
She advises both governmental authorities and administrative bodies, as well as private individuals on issues of legality and constitutionality, undertakes legislative and regulatory compliance reviews of agreements and administrative acts, and prepares legal opinions addressed to competent authorities and public bodies concerning their powers, actions and proper functioning.
A significant part of her practice relates to public procurement litigation. She represents clients before the Administrative Court and the Tenders Review Authority in proceedings concerning tender procedures, challenges to tender awards and disputes arising under procurement legislation.
Her experience extends to asylum and human rights law, including cases involving detention and deportation orders against foreign nationals and applications for writs of habeas corpus.
Angeliki advises on complex banking matters, including issues arising from financial institutions being under resolution or undergoing restructuring processes. Her experience includes disputes relating to negotiable instruments and credit facilities, as well as litigation connected to debt restructuring and secure financing arrangements.
She currently focuses on loan–related litigation and enforcement measures involving banking institutions. Her practice includes proceedings concerning debt recovery, guarantees, security instruments and execution procedures, representing banks and corporate clients before the competent courts.
Litigation, Arbitration & Mediation
Angeliki handles substantial and complex litigation matters within the framework of general civil and commercial disputes. She represents clients in court proceedings and in out–of-court negotiations, particularly in cases arising from contractual obligations and business–related claims.
Angeliki advises clients on a broad range of commercial and civil matters, with particular emphasis on contractual relationships and business transactions. Her role includes review and drafting of agreements, assessment of legal risk and strategic advisory work in relation to commercial arrangements.
Her practice combines advisory work with contentious representation, ensuring effective dispute management at both the pre- and post-litigation stage.
