Aleksandra is a Legal Consultant advising clients in video games, technology and digital industries.
Aleksandra focuses on the video games industry, including mobile, PC, console, web, and UGC games, covering all steps of video games development and publishing cycle. She focuses on data protection and regulatory compliance matters, including games monetisation, consumer protection, trust & safety matters. Having a broad understanding of the global regulatory landscape and developments affecting the industry, she assists clients with navigating compliance and coordinates legal advice across jurisdictions.
Apart from regulatory compliance, she is experienced in IP and other commercial transactions and disputes, supporting clients from entertainment, media, and technology sectors.
Before joining Chrysostomides Advocates & Legal Consultants, she was leading the privacy and regulatory practice in a large game development and publishing company, and worked at leading international law firms.

Aleksandra advises on regulatory matters related to digital services, especially video games: monetization models, consumer rights, minors’ protection, and other trust and safety issues.
She assists clients with implementing the DSA, AI Act, and other digital regulations – adapting legal documents, developing relevant policies, preparing reports, as well as managing technical implementation with cross-functional teams.
Aleksandra supports clients in all kinds of data protection and privacy matters, from gap analysis to handling data subject requests and data protection authorities’ investigations. She has experience in developing and implementing privacy programs for large international companies, not only covering purely legal aspects, but also going deeper into technical execution.
Bringing in-depth knowledge of business needs and product development cycles, she supports clients with privacy-by-design solutions in newly developed or existing products and features, and assists with day-to-day privacy matters.
Aleksandra advises clients across industries on brand protection, from managing trademarks’ registration across jurisdictions, to supporting takedown notices and handling domain disputes. She consults on copyright protection and enforcement, and supports clients in IP transactions involving wide range of intellectual property rights and confidential information.
Aleksandra also works on complex IP disputes, both cross-border litigation and arbitration cases.
