We are happy to announce that our firm has acted as Cypriot legal counsel to CMA CMG, the world’s third largest shipping company, in connection with its multi-million acquisition of the Fattal Group, a leading distributor agent of world-renowned brands in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region, with operations in eight countries, including Cyprus.
The Fattal Group specialises in the warehousing, promotion and distribution of products and services, while it primarily distributes fast-moving consumer goods and consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, perfumes, makeup, and cosmetics.
The transaction is of considerable strategic significance, bringing together two leading logistics groups and further strengthening CMA CGM’s presence in the MENA region.
