Our firm is pleased to announce that partner Nicoletta Kouvara Pantelides has joined the Legal and Regulatory Committee of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA). CIFA’s members include professionals, businesses and organizations that offer services and are involved in the promotion of the Investment Funds Sector in Cyprus. The Association focuses on enhancing the high level of sophistication of the Investments Funds Industry, and addresses the broad range of needs and issues faced by service providers and businesses involved in the sector.
Its Legal and Regulatory Committee, which Nicoletta has been appointed a member of, monitors and promotes all legal and regulatory developments impacting the local and the European fund industry, as well as the fund industry in established EU investment fund centres.
