Sevastiana joined our team as an Associate in March 2025. She advises clients on regulatory and transactional matters, including employment and immigration requirements, citizenship procedures, and provides strategic guidance to companies of foreign interests on employing third-country national key personnel. Her shipping practice covers vessel registration and deletion, shipping finance and mortgaging, charterparties, and other transactional and regulatory matters concerning vessels under the flag of the Republic of Cyprus, alongside the drafting and reviewing of corporate and commercial agreements.

Sevastiana advises on a broad range of employment and immigration law matters. Her work includes drafting and reviewing employment agreements and related documentation, as well as providing guidance on immigration procedures and regulatory requirements. She assists both EU and third-country nationals in obtaining the necessary residency and work permits, advises on citizenship procedures, and guides companies of foreign interests in the employment of third-country national key personnel, ensuring compliance with the applicable legal framework.

Sevastiana’s involvement in the shipping department includes advising and providing support on a wide spectrum of shipping-related matters, such as the registration and deletion of vessels, vessel mortgaging, shipping finance, charterparties, and other transactional and regulatory matters concerning vessels under the flag of the Republic of Cyprus.

Sevastiana drafts and reviews contractual agreements related to corporate and commercial matters.
