Yiannis practises civil and commercial litigation. He deals with a variety of issues, including commercial disputes, personal injuries, contractual disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, negligence, and other tortious claims. He is also involved in the issuance of interim measures in both domestic and multi -jurisdictional disputes, as well as in matters concerning the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements. He drafts and reviews various legal documents such as court applications, pleadings, notices and agreements.
