Vasilis also has experience in drafting and handling corporate court applications and preparing complex commercial agreements as well as drafting legal opinions on corporate capacity and legal standing.

Vasilis has significant experience in managing complex cross-border transactions, M&A projects and corporate restructurings. He regularly performs legal due diligence on Cypriot target entities in proposed acquisitions and has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing the documentation in such transactions.
