She has considerable expertise in securing interim relief, including freezing / prohibitory injunctions, disclosure orders, asset tracing orders, and contempt orders. Loretta has handled numerous cases concerning the recognition, registration, and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. Additionally, she has experience in construction claims, providing legal advice and litigating on behalf of some of the largest contractors in the country. She has also advised and litigated on behalf of semi-public bodies in Cyprus.
