Kleonike advises clients on a broad range of Cyprus employment law matters, including dismissals, redundancies, discrimination, harassment, and breaches of employment rights. She regularly advises employers and employees on employment agreements, workplace policies, settlement agreements, and compliance with Cyprus labour legislation and EU-derived employment regulations. Kleonike also advises on immigration matters, assisting corporate and individual clients with residence and work permit applications, EU Blue Cards, intra-corporate transfers, and the Business Facilitation Unit (BFU) framework. Her practice includes supporting foreign-interest companies with the employment and relocation of international personnel, while advising individuals and businesses on a range of residency and visa pathways, including employment-based permits, digital nomad visas, and other immigration routes available in Cyprus.

Kleonike represents clients in various litigation claims, including tortious claims and contract law disputes. She is involved in drafting pleadings and applications, and appears before the District Courts. Kleonike represents clients before the Supreme Court in various appeal cases. Additionally, she handles the enforcement of creditors’ claims, and is involved in securing interim freezing and disclosure injunctions.

With specialisation in real estate, Kleonike represents clients in disputes related to property including boundary disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts and disputes concerning zoning permits and building permits and provides legal opinions on these matters.

Kleonike advises on banking litigation matters and is actively involved in debt recovery claims. She assists domestic banking institutions and provides legal opinions on related matters.
