Associate Herodotos Taliadoros joined the firm in October 2019 after the completion of his traineeship with the firm. Having acquired diverse work experience in the litigation department during his training, he currently deals with litigation work relating primarily to constitutional and administrative law, contract and employment law disputes, as well as landlords and tenants law. Herodotos’ practice further comprises of appearing before the District Courts of Cyprus, the Administrative Court and the Industrial Disputes Tribunal, reviewing and drafting legal documents and court pleadings and providing legal opinions to local and international clients alike.
Herodotos practices civil litigation and regularly appears before the District Court of Cyprus, representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, such as contract and tort law.
Herodotos represents clients before the Administrative Court in recourses involving a wide variety of public and administrative law matters, such as appointments and promotions in public services and applications for planning permissions and building permits.
Herodotos represents clients (both employers and employees) in court cases before the Industrial Disputes Tribunal in connection to Unfair and Wrongful dismissal disputes, Constructive Dismissal disputes, as well as Mass Redundancies.
