Widely acknowledged as one of the country’s leading family law practitioners, Georgia advises on divorce and separation, child custody, maintenance and care disputes, adoption, cohabitation, alimony, asset separation and management, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Litigation, Arbitration & Mediation
Georgia is a highly skilled litigator, and is involved in complex court litigation, representing clients in a range of civil and commercial disputes. These include multi-jurisdictional corporate and commercial type disputes involving fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, negligence, banking litigation and matters involving banking resolution and liquidation.
Georgia provides overall advice on family succession planning, including wills, trusts and asset protection structures that address the individual needs and circumstances of each client.
Georgia has significant experience in banking litigation and regularly advises leading banking institutions based in Cyprus. Her expertise includes the review and drafting of banking documentation, security documentation and the provision of drafting and technical advice thereon.
