Partner Georgia Georgiou has extensive experience in all fields of commercial, civil and criminal litigation and procedure. Her other areas of practice include banking litigation, torts and personal injuries, contracts and criminal law. She specialises in family law, including divorce, matrimonial and child custody disputes, adoption and child abduction.

Having completed an approved training program for accredited family mediators, Georgia is a fully qualified family law mediator in Cyprus.

These include multi-jurisdictional corporate and commercial type disputes involving fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, negligence, banking litigation and matters involving banking resolution and liquidation.

Georgia provides overall advice on family succession planning, including wills, trusts and asset protection structures that address the individual needs and circumstances of each client.

Georgia has significant experience in banking litigation and regularly advises leading banking institutions based in Cyprus. Her expertise includes the review and drafting of banking documentation, security documentation and the provision of drafting and technical advice thereon.
