Antonia is a member of the firm’s dispute resolution department. She handles a variety of civil litigation cases, specializing in a range of contentious matters, including banking and finance, insurance law, employment matters and corporate insolvency law. She has also acquired extensive experience dealing with negligence and tortious claims, as well as cases pertaining to contract law.

She regularly appears both before the Supreme Court and District Courts, representing clients in trial proceedings and hearings. Furthermore, Antonia has experience in drafting legal documents as well preparing and providing legal opinions.

Areas of Practice

Antonia represents clients in multi-jurisdictional cases, often requiring the issuance of interim freezing and disclosure injunctions, in management and corporate control-related disputes.

She has been involved in numerous litigation claims, and regularly drafts court applications and pleadings. Antonia represents clients before the District Courts of Cyprus, practising several areas of litigation, including tort and negligence, the recognition, enforcement and execution of foreign judgments, the enforcement of creditors’ claims, corporate proceedings, as well as construction disputes.

Antonia practices banking litigation and is involved in debt recovery claims. She assists domestic banking institutions regularly in this regard, and provides legal opinions on such matters.

Antonia advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial law issues, primarily regarding insolvency matters, directors’ duties and shareholder rights. She also handles numerous cases of disputes pertaining to the same. Antonia is involved in projects comprising the preparation of legal due diligence reports and advises on complex insurance and regulatory compliance matters.
