Our firm’s Founding Partner Dr. Kypros Chrysostomides recently chaired a legal seminar organized by the Cyprus Institute for Political Research and European Affairs where a public discussion took place in relation to crucial legal questions connected with the Cyprus Problem.
The seminar which took place in Nicosia focused on legal issues regarding the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) and the illegal acts of Turkey in the Cyprus EEZ, the Treaty of Guarantee of 1960, and the Mauritius judgment of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) dealing with the British military bases on the Chagos Islands in the Indian Ocean.
