Associate Angelos Exadactylos attended the Introduction to Funds seminar, held in Limassol on 26 April 2017, and organised by the European Institute of Management and Finance.
The seminar offered professionals, who deal with funds, important information on several types of fund structures, fund administration and the recent developments on the relevant laws and regulations. The seminar further provided an analysis of the roles and responsibilities of the main parties that contribute to the function and compliance of the Investment Funds (UCITS, AIF and AIFM). In addition, the seminar covered certain features of the most popular EU fund jurisdictions, such as Ireland and Luxembourg, and examined the possible consequences of Brexit.
