Alexandra advises local and international clients from a wide range of industries regarding a multitude of data protection law matters affecting their business. Her experience includes undertaking GDPR compliance projects for various local clients, acting as Data Protection Officer for public authorities in Cyprus, dealing with data breach management, and advising on day-to-day privacy-related matters.

Alexandra’s experience involves acting as legal counsel at the Commission for the Protection of Competition during 2012-2013, where she had the opportunity to undertake the examination and investigation of ex officio investigations and complaints, conduct dawn raids as part of a team, and participate in the evaluation of notified concentrations. Having joined private practice, Alexandra undertakes the filing of notifications of concentrations of undertakings to the Commission for the Protection of Competition in Cyprus, and provides Cyprus Competition law advice to local and international clients of the firm on business practices and their effect on the market, and compliance with the applicable legislative framework.

Alexandra advises local and international clients operating in different industries including technology, automotive and mobile telephony services, on regulatory and legal matters pertaining to their operations and services in Cyprus. Additionally, she advises on licensing and notification requirements, consumer law matters, online digital marketing and content requirements, as well as e-commerce law considerations.
