The 2017 Lex Mundi Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Practice Group meeting was successfully held in Stockholm between 29-30 June.
The meeting, hosted by Swedish Lex Mundi member Advokatfirman Vinge KB, was attended by partner George Mountis from our firm. Its packed agenda included sessions on ‘Witnesses, Experts and Other Evidence in Different Jurisdictions’, ‘D&O Liability and Business Judgment Rule’, as well as updates on on Lex Mundi’s current initiatives and activities. Participants also had the opportunity to visit The Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), where they learned about its operations from its legal counsel.
