Associate Nantia Koliarou is based in the firm’s Limassol office. She mainly deals with litigation work, especially claims and disputes related to banking and finance, contract law, commercial law, personal injury, employment law and family law. She appears both before the Supreme Court and District Court, representing clients in trial proceedings. In addition, she also has significant experience in drafting legal documents such as deeds, agreements, wills and contracts.

Areas of Practice


Nantia regularly appears before the Cyprus Courts and deals with complex cases in areas such as banking and finance, business, commercial and corporate law, tax and finance, contract law, personal injury, medical law, professional liability and criminal law.

Nantia advises on a wide range of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, settlement agreements and discrimination, as well as hiring of employees, termination of employment, mergers and transfers, provident and pension funds, maternity leave, sickness and misconduct procedures.

She is involved in related litigation and represents parties before the Industrial Disputes Tribunal and the District Courts of Cyprus, whether such parties are employers or dismissed employees.

Nantia advises on all issues of family law – divorce and separation, child custody, maintenance and care disputes, adoption, cohabitation, financial provision, asset separation and management, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

She deals with spousal disputes and divorce, with emphasis on maintenance and care disputes, and the issuance of ancillary relief for the prevention of marital asset dissipation.

Nantia’s experience in probate proceedings before the Cyprus Courts mainly involves applications for the proving of wills and the issue of grants of letters of administration. In this context, she liaises with banking institutions and the relevant local authorities, such as the Inland Revenue and the Land Registry, so as to effect and ensure the distribution of the assets and the submission of final accounts.

Nantia assists with the review of corporate documents, as well as commercial transactions.
