Konstantinos has acquired substantial experience and manages a significant number of real estate deals of varying difficulty and complexity, ensuring the completion of all stages until the full materialization of an investment. He provides services mainly to an international clientele, investing for the acquisition prime residential and commercial properties in Cyprus.
He advises the largest private hospital in the Paphos area on a wide spectrum of related matters, from public policy and licencing, insurance and employment matters, to third party agreements for the completion of same sector and cross–sector business development.

Konstantinos has substantial experience in dealing with tort cases, mainly focused on medical negligence and product liability matters. In addition, he handles cases related to commercial and corporate disputes. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CiArb).
Konstantinos advises on corporate and commercial transactions, covering a number of industries. He combines in-depth market analysis and business acume and offers customised services to clients.
Constitutional, Public & Administrative Law
Konstantinos handles recourses before the Administrative Court of Cyprus, related mainly to the encumbrances imposed on immovable properties.
Employment, Immigration & Citizenship Law
Konstantinos regularly advises on employment matters and represents clients at the Industrial Disputes Tribunal. He also advises clients with regard the acquisition of citizenship via the Cypriot citizenship by Investment scheme.
