Associate Herodotos Taliadoros joined the firm in October 2019 after the completion of his traineeship with the firm. Having acquired diverse work experience in the litigation department during his training, he currently deals with litigation work relating primarily to constitutional and administrative law, contract and employment law disputes, as well as criminal law and landlords and tenants law. Herodotos’ practice further comprises of appearing before the District Courts of Cyprus (civil and criminal jurisdiction), the Administrative Court, the Industrial Disputes Tribunal and the Supreme Court of Cyprus, reviewing and drafting legal documents and court pleadings and providing legal opinions to prominent local and international clients, as well as to various administrative bodies.

Areas of Practice


Herodotos practices civil litigation and regularly appears before the District Court of Cyprus, representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, such as contract and tort law, banking litigation and criminal law.

Herodotos represents clients before the Administrative Court in Recourses involving a wide variety of public and administrative law matters, such as the nullification or support of appointments and promotions in public services, the nullification or support of the decisions of any Administrative Body or Authority in Cyprus, including decisions regarding all sorts of applications, such as planning permissions, building permits and social insurance benefits.

Herodotos represents clients (both employers and employees) in court cases before the Industrial Disputes Tribunal in connection to Unfair and Wrongful dismissal disputes, Constructive Dismissal disputes, as well as Mass Redundancies. Herodotos has also been advising clients on the terms of employment agreements and negotiating settlement agreements in disputes.
