Erietta joined our team as a Junior Associate in September 2023, following the successful completion of her traineeship with the firm. During her training, she worked in various areas of law, with a focus on employment law, civil law, corporate, commercial and competition law, areas that Erietta actively handles now at the firm within our Litigation, Arbitration & Mediation department.

Areas of Practice
Employment, Immigration & Citizenship Law
Erietta is involved in a broad spectrum of employment-related issues, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including terminations, redundancy procedures, employment contracts and settlement agreements. She drafts and reviews employment agreements and other legal employment documents. Additionally, she advises clients on terms of employment agreements and other related legal matters.
Erietta offers guidance on immigration law matters, including the process for obtaining the necessary residence and work permits for employees from EU and third countries.
Litigation, Arbitration & Mediation
Erietta handles employment, commercial and civil litigation cases; she drafts and reviews legal documents, such as pre-action letters, pleadings, court applications, notices, and agreements.
Erietta drafts and reviews contractual agreements related to corporate and commercial matters.
Erietta is a member of the firm’s competition law team. She deals with competition law issues, conducts legal research, and provides advice to clients.
