Eri joined the firm as an Associate in May 2019, having previously worked for more than 3 years in a law firm in Nicosia.
Eri has acquired significant experience in Financial Services Law. She is well-versed in the registration and provision of regulatory advice to Cyprus Investment Firms and Alternative Investment Funds. She served as a compliance officer for three years.
Additionally, she dealt with various shipping matters, including but not limited to, ongoing advice on charterparties, marine insurance matters and appearance before the Supreme Court Maritime Division.
Eri advises clients on various aspects of shipping law, including shipping finance, flag registration and related matters, transactional matters etc., where she is involved in drafting, negotiating and the review of various agreements. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Areas of Practice
Eri advises shipping companies on time charter-parties and voyage charterparties. She can assist in a range of wet and dry shipping and marine insurance disputes and on charterparty and bill of lading disputes.
She also assists in the incorporation of shipping companies and crew management companies and she closely liaises with the DMS.
Eri can assist on ship financing and commercial matters relating to the sale, purchase and registration of vessels. She also assists in restructuring, corporate acquisitions and joint ventures.
Eri has experience in drafting and reviewing security, facility and escrow documents and issuing legal opinions.
Eri advises on a wide spectrum of corporate and corporate governance matters. She is involved in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
Eri has experience in the provision of everyday regulatory and compliance assistance to CIFs and AIFs. In addition, she provides assistance for the preparation of written representations for CySEC, drafting of agreements and policies.
