Despina-Maria Georgiadou has considerable experience in public, constitutional and administrative law, civil, corporate and commercial litigation. She handles matters involving corporate disputes, shareholder disputes, banking law, banking resolution, liquidation, contract law disputes, tort law, property law, as well as wills and succession law.
Despina-Maria has significant experience in constitutional, public and administrative law matters and regularly represents clients before the Administrative Court, the Supreme Court and the Tenders Review Authority, in recourses involving a wide variety of public law matters, including public procurement, privatization, appointments and promotions in public service, compulsory acquisition, applications for planning permissions and building permits, administrative fines and tax matters. She also advises individuals and public bodies and local authorities on the interpretation and application of laws, in relation to the constitutionality of laws, on fair procedures in fulfilling statutory functions and on administrative actions where necessary.
Despina-Maria advises on a wide range of contentious matters, she is involved in complex court litigation, representing clients in a range of civil, corporate and commercial disputes. She represents clients in multi-jurisdictional corporate and commercial type disputes involving the issuance of interim injunctions and matters of fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, and negligence.

She has worked on probate cases that include drafting and proving of wills before the competent courts, probate orders, orders for the re-sealing of wills or grants of letters of administration.
