Christodoulos deals with a wide range of civil and commercial matters of contentious nature, focusing on international commercial disputes, including asset recovery proceedings, shareholder disputes and cases of international fraud.
He is regularly involved in cases for securing or challenging injunctive relief before the Courts of Cyprus and advises on the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards in Cyprus. He represents clients before the District Court of Cyprus and provides legal opinions for both domestic and international clients.
Christodoulos is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).

Christodoulos is regularly involved in complex, cross-border corporate and commercial disputes, including asset recovery proceedings, shareholder disputes, tortious claims and cases of international fraud. He works on securing or challenging injunctive relief before the District Courts of Cyprus, such as asset freezing (“Mareva”) and disclosure (“Norwich Pharmacal”) injunctions.
He represents both domestic and international clients in proceedings before the District Court of Cyprus. In addition, he deals with the drafting and preparation of a wide range of court applications and pleadings.
As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Christodoulos is often involved in various arbitral proceedings, both ad hoc and institutional.
Public & Private International Law
Christodoulos regularly advises on matters relating to the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Cyprus. He further advises on the applicability of different private international law regimes in various cases.
Christodoulos advises both domestic and international clients on various aspects of corporate and commercial law, including directors’ duties, shareholder – minority shareholder rights and potential disputes as well as appointment and duties of receivers. He often assists in the drafting of multiparty agreements while providing legal opinions on the interpretation of such agreements.
