Constitutional, Public & Administrative Law
Alexandros advises regulated corporate clients, public, governmental and semi-governmental bodies on the interpretation and application of laws, in relation to the constitutionality of laws, on fair procedures in fulfilling statutory functions and on administrative actions where necessary. He also represents clients, public bodies and individuals before the Administrative and the Supreme Court.
Employment, Immigration & Citizenship Law
Alexandros has significant experience in advising on human resources issues, on equality and diversity issues, disciplinary and grievance procedures, employment data protection issues, employment aspects of company restructuring, transfer of undertakings, redundancy and provident and pension funds issues. He regularly deals with negotiating and drafting contracts of employment, restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, restraints of trade, as well as compromise and release agreements and employer’s manuals.
He represents clients (both employers and employees) in complex court cases before the Industrial Disputes Tribunal the District Courts of Cyprus and the Supreme Court of Cyprus in connection to Unfair and Wrongful dismissal disputes, Constructive Dismissal disputes, as well as Mass Redundancies and TUPE disputes.

With over 30 years’ experience, Alexandros is a highly skilled litigator, and is involved in complex court litigation, representing clients in a range of civil and commercial disputes. These include multi-jurisdictional corporate and commercial type disputes involving fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, negligence, banking litigation and matters involving banking resolution and liquidation.
Alexandros has advised on, or drafted trust deeds for all types of trusts, including testamentary, discretionary, fixed, bare, or trusts created in the framework of management option schemes or escrow agreements and has advised extensively and on a regular basis on a wide range of trust issues.
