Our firm’s Intellectual Property team assisted Mondrian luxury hotels with the successful enforcement of their intellectual property rights against a real estate developer in Cyprus, who had adopted the Mondrian brand. The Mondrian brand is owned by Morgans Hotel Group, which belongs to the single largest hospitality company in Europe.
