Margarita Louca works with clients in various industries and has expertise in advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including private acquisitions and disposals, corporate finance, restructuring and corporate governance, as well as commercial matters including joint ventures and Terms of Business.

Angelos Exadactylos has significant experience in corporate and commercial law, insurance, banking and tax law, capital markets and investment services and funds. Notable examples of his experience include the registration and administration of a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIFs) and the registration, listing and administration of a public company in the Cyprus Stock Exchange Emerging Companies Market..

Christia-Lydia Kastellani advises on cross-border transactions, M&A, restructures, banking and secured financing and general corporate law. She mainly works with international clients, including banking institutions and multinational corporations in a variety of industries and service sectors.

Alexandros Efstathiou’s primary areas of practice are EU and international law, employment law, administrative law, commercial agreements and labour law. He also handles competition and regulatory matters, investment and capital markets and international arbitration.

Dimitris Papapolyviou has notable experience in a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial law disputes, and primarily practises in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation and energy law.He is regularly involved in complex, high-value commercial disputes before the Courts of Cyprus, with special focus on corporate disputes and the issuance of interlocutory relief.
