Chrysostomides named ‘Dispute Resolution Firm of the Year’ for Cyprus, by Benchmark Litigation

We are immensely proud to announce that our firm has won the ‘Dispute Resolution Firm of the Year’ award for Cyprus, by Benchmark Litigation. Our firm’s award was announced along with the other winners of Benchmark Litigation’s second annual European awards for the best firms, teams, lawyers and cases throughout Europe over the past 12 months.

The Benchmark Europe awards recognise excellence in the disputes and litigation market present throughout the European market across a wide range of dispute resolution practice areas. The team of lawyers in our firm’s dispute resolution department is one of the biggest in strength and numbers on the island. Its ability to work as a team makes it really unique, giving it the ability to undertake and represent clients effectively, primarily in very difficult and complex commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration cases. Our lawyers are trained to identify and implement the most appropriate solutions for our clients, either by pursuing or defending litigation or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, like arbitration and mediation. The team also works very closely with our firm’s other practice areas, such as the corporate and IP department, to perform risk assessments to help reduce overall litigation exposure for clients and provide overall strategy.
