We are most proud to be among the sponsors of the inaugural GC Summit in Cyprus, organised by the Legal 500, one of the world’s leading international law firm directories and prime source for a wide ranging series of resources for in-house lawyers including roundtables and client insight reports. The Summit, taking place on 20 February in Nicosia, shall see around 80 leading legal minds in Cyprus come together  to discuss the pressing issues facing in-house counsel today, such as how they have successfully handled crises and how this will inform their approach to the challenges of the future.

Our firm is chairing two of the four panels at the event. Anna Rossides and George Ioannou will lead Panel II on Corporate Restructuring, where challenges and what is needed to successfully navigate this area shall be discussed, and George Mountis and Victoria-Zoi Papagiannis shall be leading Panel IV on Contractual Clauses Revisited and talking  about what in-house counsel in Cyprus should take into consideration at the time of drafting a contract, particularly against the backdrop of judicial interpretation.
