CEE & CIS Dispute Resolution Meeting

Partners George Mountis and Victoria-Zoi Papagiannis recently represented our firm at the CEE & CIS Dispute Resolution Meeting hosted by Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners (EPAM) and Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati (CHSH), on the occasion of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum 2017.
The Meeting included panel discussions on a variety of topics, including emergency arbitrator awards, the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments in the CIS/CEE countries, as well as, asset tracing and anti-corruption and compliance investigations in the US and the UK.
