World Services Group M&A Meeting 2016

Partner George Ioannou represented our firm at the World Services Group (WSG) Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) meeting, which took place in Luxembourg on 6-7 October 2016, and was hosted by Arendt & Medernach.

Lawyers from 25 European WSG firms had the opportunity to meet and discuss the latest developments in the M&A sector, share knowledge and promote cooperation between the firms, in their attempt to address clients’ needs in the best possible way. In this respect, the participants exchanged views on legal developments and analysed the challenges brought by Britain’s decisions to exit the European Union.
