Cohabitation Agreement in Greece & Cyprus

Partner Georgia Georgiou, senior associate Marilena Miltiadou and associate Despina-Maria Georgiadou attended a special seminar on the ‘Cohabitation Agreement in Greece and Cyprus’, that took place on 8 April at the European University Cyprus.

The seminar focused on a detailed analysis on the legal requirements, consequences and termination of a cohabitation agreement, as per Law 4356/2015 of Greece. Furthermore, Sotiris Liasides, President of the Family Court of Nicosia, presented the new Civil Union Law (Law 184(I)/2015), passed by Parliament in Cyprus on Civil Cohabitation.
