Legal counsel to one of the consortiums that won the tender for the commercialisation of Limassol’s port operations

Our law firm is proud to announce that it has acted as legal counsel to one of the two consortiums that has won the tender for the commercialisation of Limassol’s port operations, namely the joint venture comprising EUROGATE GmbH & Co. KGaA, KG, Interorient Navigation Company Ltd and East Med Holdings S.A.

The consortium in question has been awarded the concession agreement for the operation of the Container Terminal at the Limassol Port. We warmly congratulate the EUROGATE consortium for winning the award.

The official announcement by the Ministry of Transport was made today and it is expected that Parliament will approve the final concession agreement in the coming weeks.
